We overheard that a woman suddenly passed out on the side of the street with a bottle of alcohol nearly empty beside her. A guy suddenly went to kiss and sexually harass the woman. A man got to capture everything that happened and there were passerby that looked at the woman being harassed. The man was kissing and necking her while she was laying down. The worst part is, that they gathered around the woman and the men started cheering saying he was doing a good job.source:youtube
