We overheard that there was a video wherein a man was caught grabbing another jeepney passenger's breasts circulated over the web. The clip featured a man wearing shades sitting beside a young woman inside a crowded public vehicle. 32 seconds into the footage, everyone who watches it will surely be taken aback after the man suddenly squeezed the breast of the passenger beside him.
